Trust is not all or nothing
Trust takes many forms
We explore trust not as an all-or-nothing concept, but as a multifaceted human experience that can take many different forms.
Our project is built around five dimensions of trust, each embodied by a distinct Dragon Family. For thousands of years, dragons have inhabited myths, stories, and cultural traditions across the world.

°
Simplicity
Sense of Safety
Intimacy
Honesty
Openness to the Unknown
°

°
As diverse as Dragons
With roots across all five continents
14 professional dancers from culturally diverse backgrounds came together to develop a creative process. They welcome participants from all walks of life to participate in
co-creative choreography workshops or residencies
&
stage or outdoors performances

3 years of artistic research have led to the selection of specific dance tools to embody each dimension of trust. Through the imaginative world of dragons, these dimensions come to life as °
five distinct Dragon Families.

°
Simplicity
Like the flowing movement of water, The WATER’S embodies effortless movement and natural ease.
°

°
Sense of Safety
Feeling safe and confident, The SMARTS’ play, explore, and flourish within the vegetation.
°

°
Intimacy
The LOVERS’ settle comfortably into their nest and, as masters of interoception, tune into the subtle sensations and inner movements of their bodies.
°

°
Honesty
The WIND & FIRE’S are bold enough to shape and express their ideas with clarity and authenticity.
°

°
Openness to the Unknown
The ETERNALS’ have enough trust to move towards unfamiliar situations. They are confident enough to dare to touch others and entrust their weight to them.

In addition to the innovative creative process that integrates amateur dancers into choreographic co-creation, graffiti artist Lowick MKR created five monumental canvases measuring 2 by 5 meters, while composer Fabien Volery composed five original musical pieces.
These remarkable visual and sound creations immerse participants in the world of dragons and trust, enriching the artistic experience and stimulating the imagination.
